Our COVID-19 Protection Protocols
At Care Connection by Stratford VNA, our founding principle is healthy at home. We practice safety measures directed by the CDC, OSHA and our state health department. For your protection and that of our caregivers, we have extensive practices in place in response to COVID-19. These include providing our staff with personal protective equipment, training on social distancing where applicable and sanitation procedures for your home.
How we are working to protect you and your patients, families, and community:
