Home Care held to a higher standard defines Care Connection by The Stratford VNA. It is our roots. It is in our “DNA.” It is your assurance that you (or your loved ones) will receive the very best care. Since 1919, we’ve continued to keep that promise at Stratford Visiting Nurses Association. You can be sure we will apply the same care and concern to our new, non-medical, home care service: Care Connection.
Care Connection by The Stratford VNA is an independent, local, nonprofit, home care organization serving most towns in Fairfield and New Haven Counties, Connecticut. We are most decidedly not a franchise of a big, national, for-profit company like many of the home care providers. All our management and caregivers live here, right here, in your community.

Ultimately, it comes down to people. Because of our affiliation with The Stratford VNA, Care Connection attracts and keeps the best caregivers. Our experienced administrators know how to screen and hire people with the proper attitude, compassion and capability. Every one of our Certified Caregivers passes an extensive background check. All are committed to superior care while maintaining a safe environment. Then we offer extensive training and on-going skills development.

Family Members Kept Informed
Through our interactive Family Room, an online web portal, family members have real-time transparency into the care of their loved ones. Care activities are carefully recorded. You can keep live track of caregiver status updates, coordinate and schedule events with other family members and more.
